ALL SALES

All in-stock items will be shipped out within 5-10 working days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted by our customer service. Custom orders are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Goods will be ready to ship within the discussed lead time specified. Goods will be shipped when the invoice is paid in full.

RETURNS

Due to the hand-made nature and limited quantity of our products, we unable to offer return services. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING

Damage caused by improper handling of products by third-party shipping carriers.
Damage caused by improper installation or assembly of products.
Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environments.
Changes in appearance of colour and textures of products due to time and environmental conditions -
these are meant to age in appearance in reaction to organic elements of nature.

DAMAGES

At Huan, we believe in building trusting customer relationships. All damages documented and reported within 5 business days of the business receipt can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, subject to the studio's assessment. The studio will not be responsible for any product damages caused after this time. If damage has occurred during the shipping process, all packaging must be retained by the receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

Because of the hand-made process, identical replacements cannot be guaranteed. The studio will do its best to ensure satisfactory repairs and replacements where possible.
